On the Effects page, a table has been uploaded detailing the shot codes. The table shows that the header for every code is 0xA, the MSB bit of the second nibble is the player's team, and the second nibble holds the carrier of the shot. The last byte generally refers to the damage or level of the shot, however certain codes use some of that space to further differentiate between carrier. For example, Heal and Normal damage both have carrier 000, but are differentiated by the next bit in the code.
